It is hard to imagine working with someone more knowledgeable and dedicated in their field than Pamela. She consistently went out of her way to help me with client related issues, technical support, and self learning practice management software and best practices. On many occasions she assisted remotely after hours and before business hours to ensure a sales demo went well; or resolve a customer's issue. Yet, she still managed to stay on top of her game. Few people in the company knew software like Pamela did. Couple that with the hands on experience she has in dealing with clients in real time situation; and you have a true asset.

I would always choose Pam to do my implementations as she was the most knowledgeable with the products and understood the workflow of the firms I was dealing with. Pam was a true strategic partner with my firms and always valued client satisfaction before and after the implementation. No one has been able to replace her since she left. Effective July 15, 2013 I have transitioned into the Training & Consulting Department as a software consultant serving in capacity as an Implementation Specialist for CCH Axcess product lines.
