Managed all functions of the 19 Million Dollar FRSA Contract for the Army National Guard. Planned, developed, and implemented program services and activities in accordance with the program goals and objectives, and supervised day-to-day delivery of contract deliverables. Worked closely with various ranks within the military community as an advisor and liaison for family readiness programs and initiatives. Provided guidance, direction and feedback to management team of four to include two Assistant Program Managers, and four regional managers responsible for FRSA contract employees to total 312. Integrated and synchronized projects, people and logistics to meet project requirements, encompass Guard Bureau’s intent and effectively used resources across organization and communication lines. Gathered and analyzed data, and submitted reports to ARNG as required, identified systematic problems for resolution and tracked progress, reported significant activities, and ensured performance standards were exceeded.
