Working within RM Engineering and Quality, Supply Chain, I managed Burberry's entire monogramming program after its rapid growth saw it needing dedicated management.I managed the development and approval of monogramming, the launch of new products and services both instore and online, improved and extended in-house monogramming production services, processes and facilities and co-ordinated training and refined standards of work. My team launched 36 new instore monogramming sites over a period of 4 months.

I managed the redevelopment of the end to end raw material and colour management systems and applications on Burberry’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) online system to improve ways of working.I worked closely with fabric design, fabric and trim development, product development, supply chain, raw material procurement, corporate responsibility and SAP teams and software developers to provide custom-made management tools and systems for a wide of business initiatives.Additionally, I managed the training, support and change management of new developments.I managed the selection and implementation of a textile design CAD system and supported the establishment of an in-house colour management system.
