Pam and I worked together for 4 months to develop the fact-base upon which Alterna would build it's 5 year strategic plan. I was the lead consultant, Pamela was my dedicated partner - assigned executive - on behalf of Alterna. The project work was both complicated and complex, involving virtually every department of the company and every level, including the board of directors. We used the process of innovating to plan and complete the work, building new capabilities and transferring knowledge as we progressed. Pam's dedication to the work and the new process was evident from the start and was maintained at exceptional levels throughout. Pam proved herself to be industrious, reliable, conscientious, open and honest in all aspects of the work. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Her candour was important to the outcomes - she shared her true thoughts as they were at all times. She never missed a commitment or deadline. She established and maintained the respect of all the project participants (about 50 people) from start to finish. She was also fun to work with. It was a pleasure to have her as my partner on the project.
