Pam was extremely knowledgeable about the company benefits through each corporate transition we had. Whatever she did not know she would diligently investigate and promptly follow up. For all the employees, Pam was well known as the go to person in HR. She also always made herself available to anyone and everyone. Any company and their employees would be lucky to have her on their team.

Pam was perhaps the most helpful and knowledgeable person in the Lumileds HR department. She seemed to know before I did what was needed. I don't see how we could have gotten through the various corporate ownership transitions without her expertise.
