To whom it may concern, Pamela Robertson worked in Benoy Hong Kong from the July 2014 until the July 2016 as an Architectural Technologist. During her tenure, Pamela worked as part of our Technical Team in the Interior Design Department. Among many of our projects, she worked directly under my supervision for the following projects: - Four Seasons shopping centre Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Lotte Shenyang, China - Hong Kong International Airport - North Annex Pamela quickly understood technical skills required for the role and was able to liaise directly with clients, coordinate with consultants, provide technical design solution in line with the design intent y carry out construction site supervision. She also showed to be a very organized, technically savvy with a very friendly approach employee that enable her to gain trust and respect among her colleagues. It is our regret lose Pamela as she was a key part of our technical team. However, I wish every success in the future and I am also very happy to recommend her to any prospective employer. Yours sincerely, Eduardo E. Gonzalez A. Senior Associate Director Benoy

14th July 2016 To whom it may concern, Ms. Pamela Robertson was employed by Benoy Ltd. Hong Kong as an Architectural Technologist from the 7th July 2014 until the 14th July 2016. We are sorry to see her go and we wish her the best in her future endeavours. Pamela worked within our Technical Team in the Interior Design Department. She took the project coordination team lead on several projects from Detailed Design stage through to Construction. Her major retail projects included Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, Sincere Hongqiao Shanghai, Lotte World Shenyang and Honfa Shenzhen. She was also leading the architecture team for the North Annex Extension to Hong Kong International Airport. During her time with us, we found her to be very technically detail minded and a hands-on individual. She was dedicated and able to meet deadlines efficiently. She continually liaised with clients, contractors and colleagues throughout the design process from concept through to detail design whereby technical drawings and material packages were developed. Pamela was responsible for leading a CAD team to develop working drawing packages for Detailed Design through to Construction stage. Whilst providing them with working drawing knowledge, she also worked with them collaboratively to prepare design documentation, tender documentation, full drawing packages, materials, sanitaryware and door schedules, and monitoring the process through to completion. She is particularly good at identifying problematic technical issues as they arose and working to provide quick and efficient solutions. She was a popular member of staff, keen to pass on her knowledge to more junior staff and always ready and willing to discuss other colleague's projects with them to help improve their drawing packages. She will be greatly missed by her fellow colleagues. It is without hesitation that I recommend her for employment with your company. I am sure she will be an asset to your team.
