  I was hired as a manger trainee. For training, I worked in a team of 7 or more to update the stores in NC. With each new assignment we were given the opportunity to manage the team to get the work completed. Each store was different. My most enjoyable assignment was stocking the shelves according to the designed plan. After one year I was assigned a store to assist in management. I was not comfortable with the manager's way of conducting themselves. I tried to explain my discomfort to upper management, but was told that I had to do things differently in each store. The manager was right and I had to adjust. After nine months I had enough of the dishonesty in the store and quit. I decided to enter college and acquire my bachelors degree in Technical Management in Communications. I am currently on sabbatical to attempt to earn enough to finish with my studies and earn my degree.

  I constructed windows by inserting the rubber insulation around the glass using by hands and supplied tools. I constructed the frames of the windows using power tools. I worked with a team to inspect the finished windows and wrapped them for delivery. Unfortunately during our holiday break I broke both of my wrists and could not perform my duties as a window producer. I was let go before my probation was up. I enjoyed this job very much and was not happy when they could not keep me on as a full time worker.
