  My goal in my new position, to cultivate a virtual classroom culture where students have a love and appreciation for art. Where students can engage in the creative process by nurturing their talents while deepening their knowledge and understanding of art, design, and art history. I plan to collaborate with art teacher groups to build a world-class art program. Develop a school environment prioritizing aesthetics, making projects and learning visible for the benefit of the community. Create a community of self-expression by using discourse and critique to probe student critical thinking about art.
