  As a Data Analyst, I am responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative evidence gathered from Google analytics, transactional data and the voice of the customer data sources to help the team understand user needs and areas of the service where the user struggles in completing a journey. I am also there to identify and explore the relevant data sources to enrich the Service Design team with crucial information across the discovery and design phases of the project. A key part of the role is data presentation and visualisation which provides the Service Managers and key stakeholders with a tool that enhances decision-making and better understanding of how the service is used.
