      I have been working Part-time as a Bartender for Center Plate since 1994. I am assigned to the Club section for all New Orleans Saints games and other main events held at the Superdome and the adjacent SMK Arena for NBA Games and other events as my work schedule permits. I enjoy this interaction with Saints Fans especially seeing my regular customer and greeting them on a first name basic. I have been fortunate to be able work with my fulltime employers to include these part-time events into my work schedules when possible.
