Execute daily communication with various health departments and pick up potable and bathing water samples for testing the presence of E.coli (in surface, fresh, and drinking samples) using Colilert-18 for an 18-24hr. incubation period, and Enterococci (in marine samples) using Enterolert for a 24hr. incubation period. Health departments are immediately notified of significant bacterial count in water samples.
