I love doing custom work at a great price with a quick turnaround. Everyone should be able to have custom things made for them. I decided that I was busy enough on weekends and after hours that I could start my own business. I started a sales side that made large outdoors games with custom designs. I expanded out the business to also have a rental side, which quickly caught on. The jobs grow and change almost everyday. Always exciting and fun. Customer Service Manager
-
Jan 1995 - Jan 1997
Managed a large team in 5 locations throughout the United States. The idea behind the customer service to be provided from this company was new and really innovative. It was the done proactively. It required building top notch teams in all locations to fulfill the promises made by our sales team. This meant watching each customer's account and making sure we could always deliver on time or let customer have some options before they had to call us. This required an extreme attention to detail, lots of travel, and constant communication.
