I had the distinct pleasure of working with Pam Hoddinott at Servidyne and then SCIenergy for 4 years, from early 2008 through early 2012. Pam reported directly to me during that time, serving as Director of Marketing and Sales Support. She played a significant role in the growth of the company by roughly 125% in that time. Her duties included direction and oversight of the company's integrated marketing program, and creation of all sales support documentation. Our marketing program included design and oversight of the company's website, collateral, annual reports, SEO and SEM campaigns, and public relations. We also produced anywhere from 25 to 50 formal proposals and RFI/RFQ/RFP responses a month, all under her coordination and direction. Pam is among the most accountable and professional colleagues I have ever worked with.
