I worked with Pam on and off for about 20 years in her tenure with IBM. During which time I have to say she is absolutely delightful to work with. She has a can do attitude and is always in a great mood which is infectious to any group she is working in or leading. I fist worked with Pam back when we were both on the Helpdesk in the late 1990’s. Most recently I worked with her when she was a program manager of a large North American Automation Program for IBM. Those efforts were over 20 yeas apart but Pam remains consistently competent, detail orientated, organized and a great leader. I look forward to a chance to work with Pam again in the future!!

Pam is simply amazing. We worked together on a complex enterprise program to automate some highly manual security compliance processes and her leadership was essential. Her subject matter expertise is immediately evident and matched by the exuberance with which she engages her team. Her guidance has had a profound impact on the entire department, myself included. Pam the Program Manager is an asset any team would be lucky to have, but the true value comes from Pam the person. I would be delighted to work with her again and recommend her without reservation.
