  • Planning, Organizing and controlling of CFA operations for the warehouse. • Building and maintaining sustainable, profitable, and scalable operations in Warehouse, CFA ,Hub and last-mile delivery POCs • Continually review the inventory data across all locations CFA and Warehouse to decide and propose air and sea shipments to save the logistics cost and maintain the inventory balance at all locations including transit. • Track first and last mile delivery and coordinate with logistics providers for pickup and delivery on time (FTL, PTL, and Ecommerce D2C shipment) • Utilize 3rd party software like WMS, Unicommerce. • Ensure adherence to SLA and TAT with reports and automation • Manage modern trade/ecommerce and appointment-based deliveries with their SOPs • Handle 3PL bills reconciliation, POD management, 3PL escalations, and RCA on lost and damaged goods received • Negotiate with 3PL partners • Develop Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to take proactive action on any anticipated problem. • Develop various escalation matrices and mechanism to escalate it with predefined time limits to ensure no interruption in any of the business processes of SCM. • Keeping track and reporting on stock quality, quantity, stock levels, deliver times. • Resolving problems concerning logistics system and customer issues. • Directly manage Store Managers and Hub In charge and ensure timely delivery of SKUs to the customers • Evaluating and selecting information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage or inventory. • Maintaining standards of safety, quality and security. • Materials receiving, storage and line delivery as per production plan. • Proper 5 S in the Warehouse and FIFO management with reports. • Responsible to participate in self-inspection/internal audit in the plant for continual improvement of facility. • Managing a Warehouse/Store and/or Last Mile logistics.
