• I participated in the Steering Committee that led the acquisition and integration of 4 logistics service companies (2 in Brazil, 1 in Colombia and 1 in Mexico) integrating 10,000 employees. • I implemented HR policies and procedures in all the companies (previous and acquired), a HR model was created specifically for acquisitions and the foundations were laid for a cultural model to work as a single company. • Led the organization and compensation team to design and implement twice a new organizational structure from the first level that facilitated the achievement of the business strategy.
