I had the pleasure and honor to closely work with Paloma for the past 5 years at Tealdoc Health-Best Doctors, not as her direct supervisor thought. Apart from being a wonderful person I must say I have been impressed by a professionalism. Amongst her many qualities I would highlight her resolution skill, her team spirit, her proactivity and dynamism. Also, since she became Assistant Nurse Team Lead and then Interim Nurse Team Lead, I had the privilege to work even closer in order to maintain the good work and colaboration between both our teams. I must say she is a great team leader. In definitive I would highly recommend Paloma for any kind of position but especially for a Medical Team Management one.
