I highly recommend Pallavi for any educational institution as she has proven herself to be an extremely effective educator and leader. Pallavi’s leadership approach is fair and effective as she sets a high standard among her team. She encourages collaboration among the team and puts students' and teachers' needs first. Her ability to quickly connect with her colleagues, students and parents and her poise and professionalism in handling difficult situations at work with parents and staff is both impressive and laudable. She strikes a chord in everyone she interacts with and has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages. She is technically competent, multi-talented and proficient in various disciplines and continues to update herself with research-based strategies, curricular models, and leadership approaches, which she implements in her role as team leader. She is always looking at ideas on how to make the school a better place for all students especially the ones who need additional support.

I know Pallavi as a leader with focused vision. She is reliable and very goal-oriented, which inspired our team at Prometheus to try our best always. The other characteristics that made her such a great team lead and MYP coordinator were her analytical capacity , creativity, collaboration and kindness. She knows how to bring the best out of each person and is an outstanding mentor. Her work ethics , integrity and professionalism are simply immaculate and so easy to work together with. She goes out of her way when you ask for some help and guidance. Glad we had the chance to work together and share great moments.
