Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a leader and a coach--but I did when I worked for Khun Pakamon. I've had the honor of knowing her for over a year, during which I was her direct report at Krungsri. Her passion and dedication for her works was unlike any I've seen. Above all, I was impressed how she truly cares about her team. Her energetic and lively personality made such a positive impact on the atmosphere at work. These are just among the things I'll miss about Khun Pakamon and would be more than happy to work with her again.
