pupil receptionist, assisting students/staff with general enquires. Welfare officer, assisting students with Medical conditions. This may be keeping their medication in the medical room for emergencies, such as with students with allergies, we will keep their spare EPI-PEN in the medical room. My job is to ensure the medication for all students is easily accessible if for any reason there is an emergency. ensuring medication is kept in date, contacting parents if the medication needs replacing. logging down any daily accidents that may happen. treating student for general first aid (cuts, grazes, bumps etc.) Administation, working on the schools system SIMS. updating any changes on students files. producing letters for parents when necessary. general admin work, organising files, sending home whole school letters etc.
