  I'm a self taught photographer. I have taken a black and white film class through Illinois State University. Canon gear is my go to when shooting.   I was crowned the 2017 Miss Mason County. Through this title I completed community service, competed at the state conference and was the representation of the county through parades, public speaking and interacting with the community. This was a year long term before I had to crown my predecessor. I became very comfortable with public speaking and being a role model for others with this position.   During my studies abroad I took on an internship at an event planning company located in the heart of Florence called Life Beyond Tourism. Through this company I was able to participate in their international annual conference they hold at the Auditorium al Duomo. At this conference I had the opportunity to meet with the mayor of Malta whom I later met up with to get a private tour of his town Birgu and share conversation over a cup of coffee.
