  As Lunch Chef I planned and executed the menu for the lunch shift at Park Avenue Bakery.We served a selection of items, from salads, to sandwiches, to soups, and more. I also aided the General Manager in catering for both large and small events, ranging from single-night affairs to week-long orders. In addition, I managed the social media sites and wrote the monthly newsletter for the bakery.
