Exceptional and sharp is how I would describe Paige. Professional and a fantastic communicator. Paige would always have input on how to improve our code base, development pipeline and products in general. As a product owner I highly valued his input and our brainstorming sessions. Paige was dedicated to creating clean and easy to digest code that made sense while evangelizing a peer coding methodology across the teams he worked with. What I appreciated most was his ability to challenge the status quo and design long term solutions for the challenges and projects we were tasked with. Paige was also always up to mentor and or explain his way of thinking to ensure everyone was aligned and had the same understanding. I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

If you ever get the opportunity to bring Paige in to coach your development team on Pair Programming and Test Driven Development through his Coding Kata Workshop, do it! I highly recommend it. It’s the perfect activity to kick off a culture of learning as a team.

I have worked with Paige at two different places now and he’s been an exceptional colleague to have both times. As a developer page has a unique ability to write code well and coach/lead individuals well. Paige is very skilled at evangelizing thoughts and ideas as well as training. He has a kind patience and knack for relating with insights that help connect him to people that makes him very effective. Paige is a code crafter that I hold in high regard and would be happy to work with him again in the future.

I was the driving factor in moving the company web site from static HTML to (then new) ASP.NET using C#.
