Company Background: A family-owned business managing the common facilities and residential apartment properties in the Japanese inspired Ikebana Apartments, offering attentive and personalised service to our owners and tenants. - Joining the Building Management team who has dedicated onsite manager residing in the building, I was responsible for managing and growing the rental portfolio of 80 properties located within Ikebana Apartments. I conducted property inspections as well as assess and process tenancy applications. I also organised property repairs and maintenance as required, including property condition reports. Furthermore, I gained valuable experience in facilities management by assisting the building manager with daily tasks. With my sound knowledge of real estate legislation for property management and fluency in the Mandarin language, I was able to liaise with and support owners and tenants effectively, especially during the period of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions implemented in Victoria.

I also planned and implemented preventive maintenance and improvement works for the property within the allocated budget.

I was responsible for taking over all residential apartments from the Main Contractor in satisfactory condition and handing them over to the new Owners.
