  At Alluvion I implemented and developed programs for school based services as well as at the jail. Along with this I was working a long side with Vets Court, Adult Treatment Courts, Mental Health Court, MAT clients and DFS. I created the template for the treatment plans that were used for the SUD program and collaborated with members of the team to monitor treatment progress and improve individual client's plans.   While working at Gateway I had achieved my licensure. My 1st year at Gateway I ran an all mens group and provided IOP/OP services to these individuals. My second year at Gateway I conducted all the evaluations and referred them to their appropriate level of care. During my last year at Gateway I was promoted as Lead Counselor and ran the TDAT (Transitional Drug and Alcohol Treatment) for Federal Inmates as well as working with Federal Probation.
