Internship
-
Jun 2015 - Jun 2016
During this role, which initially started out at as 3 month summer intern, I have effectively used many skills, while also developing others. While in this role I have been given daily delegations that contribute to the day to day runnings of the branch, while also serving customers to a high standard. In the 3 months of full time work, I had received 2 100% customer service badges, representing excellent customer service which was recognised by unprompted feedback to a department head, and also for being part of a branch with an above expectations customer satisfaction score in our 3 and 6 month matrix. At the end of my internship, I also received group recognition for my contribution and engagement with social media about the company. Leading up the end of my initial 3 months, I was asked to stay on part time, where I continue to develop my skills and personal and professional brand. Show less

Bar Staff

Aug 2013 - Jan 2014
During my time at Corn Exchange, I had started working primarily on the bar, but was then designated to work on the floor; greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and clearing tables. Due to my previous job, although Corn Exchange was a different working environment with different clientèle, I did not find a challenge within the post, and therefore left after a short period. However, while here, I learnt how to work in a very busy environment, developed my customer service skills and worked with set guild lines, which I had not worked with before. Show less
