Paige is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, always catching and keeping an eye on the little things that others tend to overlook - but she is equally skilled at stepping back to take a look at the big picture, determining how all of the moving pieces fit together and what else needs to be done to creative cohesive messaging and a unified online presence. She oversees field staff, who are often untrained and/or intern-level, to ensure brand clarity and ensure that their summer camps' and youth group regions' social media presences are representative of and linked to the larger Reform Jewish Youth movement - never an easy task! She also liaises with various Union for Reform Judaism departments and affiliates to ensure that the youth team's online presence is representative of the broader denomination's work and values. Paige is my go-to person when I need to know what's happening in her department or liaise with the youth team for an on-the-fly partnership, both online and beyond. I know I can always count on her to be both proactive and strategic, bringing all the right players into the conversation and moving every project forward with skill and ongoing responsiveness. In short, Paige is one of my most valued colleagues and a pleasure to work with!
