When a customer is unhappy about a product they're free to create a dispute in PayPal through the website or by a call, but lesser the call volume the better loss saving, How can a Product Manager do it in three months time, with a newbie team and great support from leadership? Listened to the VOC and VOM in real time, NICE and also used tealeaf, IBM Watson to reduce the call volume and still give the best customer service. Interested in knowing more about this?
