I worked with Paddy on a new business campaign that involved cold-calling our customer and prospect databases. I found him to be resilient in the face of a difficult task and I feel he handled the calls professionally and feed back into the campaign, informing the wider team what particular points clients were most interested in, allowing us to develop the campaign around those points.
