Lucena Clinic is a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service with clinical teams across psychiatry, psychology, nursing, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social work. I lead and coordinated administration for a multidisciplinary mental health team. This involved: Communicating directly with clients’ families, schools, and other health professionals on appointments/medication/case status Management of wait lists and prioritisation of cases Leading all planning and coordination of audits of the open caseload Scoring psychometric tests to aid clinical diagnoses and handling sensitive and confidential information Lead in the development of in-house St John of God Mental Health Information System (MHIS): online system of recording client information designed for use by mental health services, via beta and bug testing, feedback meetings, training all clinicians on the system, and forming part of the User Group Development Team Management of all hospital statistics through ORACLE Business Intelligence Training new users in both administrative and clinical fields in how to use the MHIS system, group and one to one training Show less
