As a member of the retail and commercial space design team, my responsibilities included: - Lead the design, planning and coordination of some of the new store projects according to the company’s expansion plan and modernization projects for existing stores. - Designed an implemented in 5 stores a new concept for the technology section, that reported a 53% growth in sales in this category in the first 5 months after implementation. - Created an innovation and prototyping center for the development of new retail concepts.
