Dan Rees-Jones
I worked with Pablo on the Platform Team EM at carwow for 18 months. He started with us as a junior, but it was clear from the start how hungry he is to learn, and in that time I've seen him improve immeasurably. It's not an easy team to onboard into even for senior engineers, with a lot of domain knowledge needed, but Pablo did an amazing job of learning whatever he needed to complete the task at hand. Apart from improving his Ruby skills, Pablo was happy to take on every other challenge, working with Clojure, Elm, Elasticsearch, and Kafka, to name but a few.
