Research Associate at the Assembly Automation group in the Department of Robot and Assistive Systems at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering Automation. During this period my area of work increasily shifted the focus from a general industrial lightweight robot automation and collaborative robotics topic to easy programming and integration of industrial robot inside the scope of Industry 4.0. As part of a multidisciplinar team my responsabilities inside public founded and industrial projects include software development, software architecture analysis and design, students supervision, prototyping, project management and business development. Content Management System Implementation of a Content Management System (Framework) as Java Enterprise Application for creating and managing documents. Data transport and synchronization was implemented through XML and SOAP. The CMS allowed to define modular iPad applications taking into account reusability of the different Modules. The CMS was deployed on a mobile infrastructure paying special attention to performance and transport of large files (J2EE, Maven, Junit, Oracle, Hibernate, SOAP, WebSphere, Jenkins). WinCC Implementation and enhancement of software modules for the process visualization tool WinCC (Siemens). Design and development of the import functionality in Microsoft SQL Compact to connect the database server with the live data stream viewer. As support for learning purposes (C#, Microsoft Entity Framework, WinCC, VirtualBox). XML Importing Module Implementation of a software module to import data to Android and iOS Applications. Data was transported from CSV-Files to SQL Database through XSLD, XML and Hibernate transformations. Data was validated according to client specifications (Java, Hibernate, XML, XLST, XSD). Show less
