Pablo and I met at the 9th International Leadership Training Programme: A Global Intergenerational Forum, organized by the UNESCO Chair & Institute of Comparative Human Rights, and hosted by the University of Connecticut in August 2013. Pablo was great to work with, and provided interesting insights regarding human rights and other legal issues in Argentina, in particular, and Latin America, in general.
