Pablo is a hard-working, diligent and dedicated Director. He has a wealth of experience, covering all aspects of business, including sourcing, specifying, negotiating and selling all types of Engineering Equipment. His man management skills are exemplary and his methods encourage the growth of those that he is in-charge of. He is able to bring out the best in his employees and guide the Company forward with thorough planning and discipline. He is a true 'Company Man' where many personal sacrifices are made for the benefit of the Company. He has the ability to take the Company forward and I would recommend him as a future Group Director, as he has the necessary skills and is able to make balanced and informed decisions without delay and having to seek advice from those above him, who likely have less experience or knowledge than him.
