He currently leads Lawgical's tax, customs, and financial law practice. According to local subsidiaries tax policies and business substance, prepare the TP reports. Ensure that the business's transfer pricing policies, planning and compliance do not expose the Group to technical or reputational tax risk. Assist the business in devising appropriate transfer pricing policies which are adequately documented and properly implemented as well as periodically reviewed and updated as the business changes. Ensure that the business considers all tax and legal impacts and consequences of its transfer pricing arrangements. Tax Forecast. Based on the business substance, prepare yearly and monthly rolling forecast the tax cash outflow by different type of tax.
