I worked with Pablo for about two years right after I start my career in aviation finance in 2020. I always feel so lucky that I worked with such an excellent leader (not only a manager) in my early career stage, as his personality influenced me and would keep inspiring me forever. Pablo is an outstanding and gifted leader who is very good at identifying people and motivating them to leverage their strengths. He can always pick up the right people for the right position to do the right thing. He was willing to share his knowledge and experience with us and guide us to grow. He always inspires us to keep learning as he has a growth mindset and is open to new ideas and was continually learning, even though he has already been at a high level in his career. There are few experts who can combine aviation, finance, and data science in one and leverage their professional experience to make some new development in the traditional aviation industry, and Pablo is one of them. I firmly believe Pablo will be a success and make something big in the industry.
