I went through an MIT class with Pabla and then went into a sub-group focused on computer vision/CNNs that involved intensive exchange with her and all in the group. Pabla is a highly driven ML/CV enthusiast who has advanced organizing leadership skills to boot- a cherry on the sundae, as those skills are not always found in a one-stop shop, making her quite marketable. For example, at hackathon time, Pabla organized and created teams taking requests and matching individual skills- advanced leadership organizing that few want to take on, given management of so many personalities and other variables. So many were grateful for her work there. She's continuously provided leads to conferences and learning opportunities for others displaying her proactive nature in more than one area. All evidence general proactive tendencies, leadership and organizing skills add to it her training in linguistics, her many languages including code, and her good humor as added sprinkles/flavor to the mix- she's quite THE polymath asset to any team lucky enough to have found and secured her.
