Contacted by Michelango Valtancoli, I was offered a job at Waves. It is an up and coming start-up that seeks to bring together established & aspiring entrepreneurs from all over the world, through their unique digital networking platform (Waves). What attracted me to work there was their unique matching-system that bypasses the typical network-systems (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree connections) and instead matches people solely based on their similar interests together. My work with them included: - ideation (brainstorming long term plans for Waves eg. idea creation meetings within the calls, increasing user-activity and brand loyalty) - design (coming up with potential logo designs and marketing strategies) - researching retention strategies that could be useful for Waves in the future. In May 2021, I stopped working for Waves but still actively follow the different programmes they have running and enjoy meeting entrepreneurs from all over the world. Show less
