      , I compared the expected spendings and actual spendings considering the dollar values in each month and came out with the difference between actual and estimated values. After analysing the difference in years 2015,2014,2013,2012 and 2011, I made a broad table showing the differences furthermore, using the microeconomic point of view I came out with my ideas how those gaps could have been fixed or, if the spendings are less then the estimated, what could have been the cause of such an amazing consequence.week I used vlookup function and several other formulas on Excel to prepare a elaborated table on excell. While making use of the formulas in excell I also analysed the costs of the company in 2012,2013,2014 and 2015. These costs include every single cost that the company makes so, it is a quite detailed table. To analyse the costs and using the dollars value at that particular point took some time because of the variety of the costs yet, using the vlookup function made it easier. On the other hand, after analysing the table where I have found the actual costs via using the particular dollar values, I have presented that outcomes to my superviser in the company. As a result, we have came out with a brief conclusion for each month each year such as; comparing the expected and the actual costs and expenditures of Ayen Enerji..
