I had the pleasure of working with Ozren for 18 months at YMCA NSW, collaborating on several project items. Ozren’s ability to consult with various stakeholders was unlike any I’ve seen before and witnessed a significant positive culture change in the perception of marketing from the recreation centre managers. His ability to embed marketing principles matched with successfully executed marketing campaigns has made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of the marketing team. Ozren would be an asset to any team and earns my highest recommendation.

Ozren is a very bright professional individual with impeccable work ethics. His attention to details, analytical and strategic thinking abilities make Ozren a very valuable, performing and innovating Marketer. A good example of this would be one of his achievements at the AMAA growing the Event(exhibition) segment by over 100% on very limited budget, which was way beyond his original agreed targets. Ozren has a can-do-attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile which undoubtedly makes him a high achiever. Eager team player, Ozren has also no problems working with a high level of autonomy. Ozren will add terrific value to any organization serious about their business growth.

Roads and Maritime implement initiatives to improve the movement of people by various transport modes, including public transport (bus and ferry), cycling and walking, as well as motor vehicles. My role, within the Workforce Strategy and Engagement team, oversaw the resource planning (current and future) and the mobility and retention programming responsible for retaining and engaging talent at RMS. I managed three direct reports. The following is a list of initiatives and tasks I led whilst at RMS: 👉🏻 Redeveloped the resource planning, mobility and retention program at RMS targeting over 7,000 staff to ensure all RMS projects are resourced, employees retained and engaged to continue their careers at RMS and Transport for NSW where many were on short term (2-3 years) employment 👉🏻 Relaunched the program with a strong emphasis on: - The capture and visibility of current and future project resource requirements down to each employee - The proactive account management of each employee through a new Salesforce CRM system - Closely case managing each employee whose employment ends in six months or less or who is making a transition to a new role (including relocation support) - Internal marketing, promotions and communications to over 7,000 staff - Business development initiative to win internal accounts, like the Motorways division - Executive level awareness, support and advocacy - The redevelopment and relaunch were a success with the program now active across Transport for NSW
