I first met Ozren as a reviewer, I was lucky enough that he saw something in me and offered me a job as a technical proofreader which I ended up loving. Even though we work in different countries Ozren made me feel like I was part of Manning and as different projects came up I got more and more experience learning how much work goes in to Mannings process for creating outstanding technical books. Ozren is always open to suggestions on how to improve a book which is why he is so good at what he does, he knows when to use something or tweak it so that the book/project gets the best outcome. The amount of projects that Manning has going at any one time is certainly a testament to the whole team at Manning for which Ozren is definitely a key contributor with his organizational skills and his ability to lead and contribute.
