The company manages three call centers in Turkey, two in Istanbul, one in Usak, which employ approximately 1100 employees. Teleperformance Turkey provides services to large accounts in various areas, mainly works with IT and telecommunication companies like Microsoft, HP, Intel, Cisco, Xerox, Vodafone, 3M etc... Worked as a Human Resources Specialist at TP Metis, my main responsibilities were; • Preparing job definitions, publishing the job advertisements for vacant positions, screening and classification of resumes, making one to one and collective interviews with candidates (min. 30 interview for each month), • Conducting search&selection, promoting, orginizing rotation activities and leading projects in order to improve personnel motivation and loyalty. • Attending university career days for company presentations in terms of employer branding strategy and identifying potential candidates. • Developing and coordinating relations with consultancy firms, • Planning and implementing employee satisfaction surveys, making exit interviews, • Managing HR database by using a HR management programme called "Humanist", • Preparing monthly reports and presenting to HR manager, giving support to COPC (an international quality sertificate for call centers) project, • Managing the relations with İş-kur and the other associations like FEV, İSÖM, Engelsiz Yaşam Derneği etc. for hiring physically disabled people, designing and carrying out corporate social responsibility projects.
