      I am a horticulture plant breeding and molecular genetics master’s student at Oregon State University, and conducting my blueberry research and projects in the USDA-ARS National Clonal Germplasm Repository since 2019. I’ve been working on two different projects, first one is QTL analysis of phenological(flower-leaf bud and fruit development) and fruit quality(texture) traits in an F1 population of a cross between Northern and Southern highbush Blueberry cultivars (Draper x Jewel), and the other is the identity confirmation of blueberry cultivars and parentage analysis using Microsatellite(10SSR) fingerprinting set.
