Started the London office. Built an on-site and nearshore hybrid delivery model, utilising the cost and scale advantages of the Istanbul team while having the lead delivery resources on the London team. Helped grow and develop the team through training and coaching.Engaged with Salesforce EMEA top management to get resell rights in Turkey, which acted as a pilot programme and eventually laid the foundations of the Salesforce Reseller Programme.

Started the Oracle practice from scratch based on EY’s global standards. Established local Oracle partnership, built delivery capacity, adopted and localised EY’s Package Enabled Reengineering implementation method. While this took 25% of the workload, worked as Supply Chain and Manufacturing consultant in the remaining 75% of the time on projects.
