My duties were setting up, maintanence, troubleshooting and staff training for automation plasma&oxy-fuel cutting and automation plasma welding machines and their affiliated softwares in cooperation with Airliquide Welding. Automation machines included PA Automation CNC units, Sanyo Denki servos and servo drivers and custom-made electronic interface cards. Main softwares I dealt were custom made 2D drawing software LogoTag, plasma nesting software MagicTool, Sanyo Denki servo driver and motor configuration and analyze software RS Setup, Power Automation PLC and Equipment control software PAMmi.
