A secure database holds candidate CV's. the CV files automatically divides into segments - contact info, experience, education , army service etc. Every registered employer can search the database and read relevant CVs for free. Employers can send a email message via www.arliku.com for free to any candidate, or pay a small token (20 NIS, less then 5$), for contact info of suitable candidates. In arliku.com I do R&D for about tow years (in my sper time), the major development is the search engine based on “Lucene” and Hebrew steamer , for English steamer i based on Porter algorithm. my next step, is to develop features as CV relevance score in term of tags relational along the search regular score, semantic search ,Supply and Demand at the Israeli job market etc. Show less
