The tasks of the project work are configuration of standard software IVU.plan to the needs of the customer, technical consultancy, concept development with the customer via workshops, communicating the needs of the customer with the development team, customer training, technical documentation and post-project support. I took part in several national and international projects:- Project IETT Istanbul (Turkey): Implementation of operational planning system for the buses of Istanbul. Working as project manager- Project Kayseri Ulasim (Turkey): Implementation of operational planning system for the tramways of Kayseri. Worked as project manager- Project LAMATA Lagos (Nigeria): Implementation of planning, vehicle tracking and real-time information system for BRT buses of Lagos. Worked as project engineer- Diverse Support Projects in Germany: Support for German customers using the software system in production, helpdesk for technical questions, reproduction of possible software bugs and forwarding them to the development team, testing resolved problems as well as patch installation at the customer side.As part of the project team, I also took part in the regular software quality tests before new releases and service packs.
