Dealership management system was built over Salesforce in a record time of 3 month. 2. After DMS Implementation-Dealer partners were able to browse all the vehicle variants,their color/specification/brochure/price/discount/incentive) from their mobile phone/desktop3. (After DMS Implementation- Dealer partners can choose vehicle,inventory, check the total amount after discount and incentive and make payment online 24X7. Instant notification of payment is sent to their mobile/email id), (Before: Dealer needs to confirm inventory and vehicle variant over phone, then wait for PI for 1-2 days. Make the payment via NEFT,Cheque,Bank deposit which takes a lot of time and then wait for successful payment confirmation from the accounts team. ) Now choosing the vehicle to delivery takes maximum 2 days as compared to 15-20 days. 4. Instant Account statement can be fetched from the portal whenever required. Earlier it use to take at least 10-15 days resulting in delay of payment from dealer.5. Complete Dealer and Point of sale lead management helps in exponential growth for the sales of the company. Productivity of sales employees is easily tracked by the leadership.6. Better management of Plant as DMS gives very god clarity on the demand side of vehicle. Which color/variant/model is inquired more by customer helps in planning.7. Better management of retail finance banking partners by tracking the loan activity support by these banks to our dealer in selling their product. With on the go tracking, the loan disbursal has been increased tremendously by our banking partners to the customer.
