  After joining in the height of the pandemic, I made myself a trusted member of staff. As restrictions loosened, I was able to socialise more with both staff and customers. Whilst working through the summer, I was promoted to a supervisor role as opposed to just part time staff, meaning I was able to manage and guide others as well as have more responsibility in the workplace.
